• Ratifying the County Administrators signature on the grant application

-To the Michigan Department of State Police
-For the period of March 13, 2009 through September 30, 2009

• To purchase and house an information system to electronically track information from small and large pharmacies on the sale of pseudoephedrine
• For a total program of $ 218,176

-Federal Revenue: $ 218,176
-County Match: $ 0

• Indirect costs are not included in the budget
• Upon Receipt of the Award
  -Authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award
  -Approving the budget
  -Authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts
