A. Land Use & Environment Community of Interest

Office of the Water Resources Commissioner

Full Faith and Credit for the Allens Creek Drain Stadium Blvd Project Drain Project

Approving the use of the countys full faith and credit for bond payments

For the Allen Creek Drain Stadium Blvd Project Drain Project

In an amount not to exceed $275,000

To install storm water controls along Stadium Blvd between Pauline Blvd and White Street

To control water quantity and improve water quality within the Allen Creekshed during storm events

RECOMMENDATION: Approval at the Board

B. Support Services Community of Interest

1. Human Resources

Collective Bargaining Agreement-AFSCME Local 3052 (all units)

Approving the agreement with AFSCME Local 3052 (all units)

The contract term is three years (2008-2010)

Specifying a number of adjustments to wages and other benefit modifications, as well as non-economic operational language agreements

RECOMMENDATION: Approval

2. Facilities Management

Authorizing the Administrator to sign building trade contracts with Allied Building Service Company of Detroit, Inc for general construction work, Huron Valley Electric, for electrical work on an as-needed basis

Authorizing the County Administrator to execute future building trade contracts which comply with Section II(A)(4)(e) of the County Procurement Policy, provided such contracts are awarded after a competitive bid

RECOMMENDATION: Approval at Board
