Providing 50% reimbursement for eligible expenses, which include funding for programs that serve neglected, abused and delinquent youth in Michigan
Expenses are made locally and submitted to the State for reimbursement on a monthly basis
 For 50% reimbursement on estimated expenditures of $9,632,204 for State funding of $4,816,102
For 100% reimbursement on pre-adoptive care estimated expenditures of $5,696
For a total estimated reimbursement of $4,821,798
Anticipated expenditures and reimbursements are aligned with the Countys 2009 adopted budget

Each volunteer is paid a non-taxable stipend of $2.65 per hour

In-Kind Contributions include physical exams and one meal per day for the volunteers

Regulation has been modified where appropriate by comments received at the public hearing on October 1, 2008

Amending the Brownfield plan to approve tax increment financing and eligibility for Michigan Business Tax Credit incentive for the Schoolpictures.com Brownfield Redevelopment Project in the city of Ypsilanti

To return an obsolete property to productive use
To create 24-30 new full time positions in the next two years and 80 to 100 in the next five years
To increase property taxes by $108,324 once all eligible expenses are reimbursed

To create 100 temporary construction jobs and 50 full-time positions once the project is completed
To increase annual tax base by $77,500 once all eligible expenses are reimbursed
