leaders from Washtenaw-based organizations to generate referrals of
employers to benefit from this program.

aptitudes and prior work experience

additional youth

Court

positive net position funds from the District Court as well as other
funding as directed by the Board of Commissioners
- Funds will be held in reserve and earmarked for Phase II of
the Saline Court construction

2. Contract with Chevron Energy
Solutions
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
- Authorizing the Administrator’s signature on the contract
with Chevron Energy Solutions
- In the amount of $75,000
- To conduct a Comprehensive Energy Audit (CEA) at the
Washtenaw County Correctional Facility, 2201 Hogback Rd.
- The CEA will produce investment-grade financial and
engineering data on the construction of a biomass-fueled Central Plant
as well as any other energy efficiency and/or infrastructure
improvements identified during the study
- The cost of the CEA will be rolled into the total
project cost of implementation, a separate contract for which will
return to the Board for approval prior to
execution
- In the event that Washtenaw County elects
not to move forward with implementation of the project, the cost of the
CEA will be due to Chevron Energy Solutions upon the study’s
completion
