Office of Community Development

Washtenaw Urban County Annual Action Plan

Ø Authorizing the Administrator’s signature on the Annual Action Plan

Ø To the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development

Ø For the period of 7/1/07 to 6/30/08

Ø The Annual Action Plan is for participation in the HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) and the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) to build, buy or rehabilitate housing for rent or homeownership by low to moderate-income individuals.

Ø For a total program of $2,009,318
-Federal Revenue: $1,866,761

-CDBG: $1,179,131

-HOME: $670,855

-ADDI: $16,775

-Match: $142,557 (In-kind)

Ø Total includes Indirect Costs of $0

Ø Upon receipt of the award:

-Authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award
-Amending the budget
-Authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts
