Comprehensive Plan, and to eliminate risks to the environment and public
health.

with the 23 municipal members of the Washtenaw County Brownfield
Redevelopment Authority (WCBRA)

or be over the age of 55, or be eligible for the State Emergency Relief
program, or be received Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF)
assistance.
- The 2006 MPSC Energy Assistance Program
served 118 households with a budget of $73,872. ETCS anticipates serving
94 households in 2007.
