- For Sugarloaf Lake in Lyndon Township
- Pursuant to Public Act 185
- To assist with the implementation and financing of a project to control invasive and nuisance species that have adversely affected Sugarloaf Lake
- In accordance with the County Master Plan and the Planning Advisory Board
- In the amount of $105,000 over a five-year period

b. York Township Water and Wastewater Project

- Directing the Board of Public Works to undertake a water and wastewater project
- For York Township

- In accordance with the County Master Plan and the Planning Advisory Board
- In the amount of $40,000,000

c. Multi-Lakes Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade

- Directing the Board of Public Works to undertake a wastewater treatment plant improvement project
- For Dexter Township and Lyndon Township in Washtenaw County
- For Putnam Township in Livingston County
- Pursuant to Public Act 185
- To assist with a project to expand the use of the Multi-Lakes Wastewater Treatment Plant by an additional 400 households to reach total capacity of the system by connecting to 2,000 households as originally intended
- To provide more reliable and effective treatment of existing wastewater flows

- For the Lower Town Brownfield Redevelopment Project

- Funding both County and private not-for-profit community agencies
- Recommendations developed by the Human Services Community Collaborative (HSCC) using outcome-based ratings
- To meet community needs identified through the Health Improvement Plan, Substance Abuse Prevention Plan, Health Improvement Plan (HIP), Human Services Community Council Plan for Well Being, Building Restorative Communities Strategic Plan, Blueprint to End Homelessness and Blueprint for Aging
- Authorizing the Administrator to sign the contracts
