- Pursuant to Public Act 185
- To assist with a project to expand the use of the Multi-Lakes Wastewater Treatment Plant by an additional 400 households to reach total capacity of the system by connecting to 2,000 households as originally intended
- To provide more reliable and effective treatment of existing wastewater flows
