Oral Health Grant

o Ratifying the signature of the Administrator on the application

o To the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services

o For the period 8/1/05 – 7/30/06

o To provide oral health services (dental education, screening and follow-up) to Head Start children and their families

o Community Partners include HOPE Dental Clinic and the University of Michigan School of Dentistry

o For a program amount of $93,750
-Federal Revenue: $75,000
-Match: $18,750 (Inkind from community partners)
-Indirect Costs: 0 

o Upon receipt of the award:
-Authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award
-Amending the budget
-Authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

Public Safety & Justice Community of Interest

Prosecuting Attorney

Annual Victim Rights Program

o Ratifying the signature of the Chair of the Board on the application

o To Michigan Department of Community Health

o For the period of 10/1/05 – 9/30/06

o For funding of the Victim/Witness Unit of the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office

o In the amount of $157,500:
-Revenue: $157,500
-Match: 0
-Indirect costs: 0

o Upon receipt of the award:
-Authorize the Administrator to sign the Notice of the Grant Award
