- Approving the relinquishment of the Dexter Crossing Plat One Drain Drainage District to Dexter Township
- Permitted by Michigan Drain Code, Chapter 17, Section 395 provided the district has no debts or contract liability
- District has no outstanding indebtedness or contract liability
- Township agrees to assume all costs associated with relinquishment of jurisdiction, assignment of easements, maintenance, jurisdictional control and drain operations

- Local governmental agencies seeking to contract with the County shall notify the Administrator in writing of how many Police Service Units they wish to contractually obtain by no later than October 7, 2005
