- To provide technical assistance and training to local nonprofit housing and community development organizations in the areas of organizational and real estate development, strategic planning, financial and personnel management, neighborhood planning, acquisition strategy, feasibility analysis, financial packaging, marketing, property and asset management
- In the amount of $50,000. The County’s $50,000 will leverage at least $200,000 from LISC and other sources including $50,000 from the City of Ann Arbor

- Aligns with the Urban County & HOME Consortium 2003-2008 Consolidated Strategy & Plan goals
- For a total HUD allocation of $1,734,369
-CDBG: $ 904,492 -HOME: $ 684,434 -Match (inkind) $ 145,443 (For HOME Program)
