  • For assessing existing healthy eating, physical activity, and tobacco use policies and environments in three local communities and develop action plans to promote cardiovascular risk prevention

  • In partnership with the cities of Ypsilanti, Saline & Chelsea and the villages of Dexter and Manchester
  • For a total program of $42,113
    -Federal Revenue: $37,152
    -Match: $ 4,961 (inkind)
    -Indirect Costs: $5,199
  • Upon receipt of the award:
    -Authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award
    -Amending the budget
    -Authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts
