Annual Water Quality/Environmental Health Services Contract

Ø Ratifying the signature of the Administrator on the grant application

Ø To the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality

Ø For the period 10/1/04 – 9/30/05

Ø To fund programs to protect the safety of the air, water supply, and sewage disposal in the County

Ø In the amount of $527,306

Ø Upon receipt of the award:

§ Authorize the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award

§ Authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

2005 Juvenile Drug Court Planning Grant

Ø Ratifying the signature of the Administrator on the application

Ø To the Michigan State Court Administrative Office

Ø For the period 10/1/04 – 9/30/05

Ø For implementation of the Juvenile Drug Court to serve 10 -20 youth and families providing support and alternatives to drug-using peers and environments

Ø For a total program of $219.232
-State Revenue: $ 90,000
-Match: $ 19,493
-Child Care fund $ 95,879
-Inkind Match $ 13,860

Ø Upon receipt of the award:
