• To be reimbursed to the County, plus an administrative fee of $35,000 for a total of $385,000
• To be paid in 84 equal payments of $4,583

a. Annual Medical Support Program

• Ratifying the signature of the Chair of the Board on the application
• To the State of Michigan Office of Child Support
• For the period of October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2005
• For medical support enforcement reimbursement
• To assist children by requiring employers of non-custodial parents to provide medical coverage for the employee's children
• In the amount of $109,249:

b. Annual Cooperative Reimbursement Program
