2. Living Wage Waiver Ypsilanti Meals on Wheels

 

 

 

 

 

o         Exempting Ypsilanti Meals on Wheels

o         From the Washtenaw County Living Wage Ordinance

o         For a period of three years

o         Compliance with the ordinance would cause demonstrated economic harm that would outweigh the benefits of the ordinance

o         Compliance plan proposed by Ypsilanti Meals on Wheels is based on increased County support of the contract. This issue will be discussed during the 2006/07 Budget Planning Process.

o         County contracts with Ypsilanti Meals on Wheels to provide meals to seniors for the grant-funded Senior Nutrition Program
