à         To help identify the sources of the excessive E. coli levels in the Huron River , and to identify and implement strategies to reduce those levels

o        Match: $15,000 Local match through special assessments

o        Match: $ 5,773 In-kind

o        Indirect costs: $770

à         Upon receipt of the award:

o        Authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award

o        Amending the budget

à         To provide low-income, uninsured county residents with access to medical, mental health, and substance-abuse services.

-           Grant will cover $260,511

-           Match: $187,261 ( WHP funds=$184,274; $2,987 inkind)

-           Indirect Costs: 0

à         Upon receipt of the award:

-           Authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award

-           -Amending the budget

-           -Authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts
