Brownfield Redevelopment Revolving Loan Program

Ø      Ratifying the signature of the Administrator on the application

Ø      To the Environmental Protection Agency

Ø      For the period 7/1/03 – 6/30/08

Ø      To provide funding for clean-up and related activities necessary to move a brownfield site into a viable redevelopment, and the use tax increment financing to repay the fund

Ø      For a total amount of $1,500,000

-Federal Revenue:    $1,500,000

-Match:       20% match is covered by developers and applicants.

No County funds required for match

-Indirect Costs:  0

Ø      Upon receipt of the award:

-Authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award

-Amending the budget

-Authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts
