  Public Act 698 restructures fee schedule for entering & recording documents for Register of Deeds effective 3/31/03

  Establishing an automation fund pursuant to Public Act 698

  Authorize the Clerk/Register of Deeds to expend automations funds

  For the purpose of upgrading technology in the Register of Deeds

      To provide the necessary documentation with the applicable assurances, certifications, and stipulations for programs for Washtenaw County funding opportunities

Annual 2003 Michigan Public Service Commission Emergency Energy Assistance Program

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

      Ratifying the signature of the Administrator on the application

      To the Michigan Community Action Agency Association

      For the period 2/1/03 7/31/03

 

      To provide emergency energy assistance such as payment of utilities, fees for connection, reconnection or hookup of heat and utility services and required deposits to individuals whose annual family income meets 200% of poverty

 

      For a total program of $52,325

      State Revenue:           $52,325

      Match:  0

      Indirect Costs:  0

 

      Upon receipt of the award:

      -Authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award

      -Amending the budget

      -Authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award

Maternal & Infant Health Advocacy Services (MIHAS) Program Termination

 

 

 

 

 

 

      Effective April 1, 2003 the Comprehensive Planning and Budget Contract was reduced by $64,456

 

      The impact of this funding reduction results in the termination of the Maternal & Infant Health Advocacy Services Program

 

      $64,456 reflects the remainder of the program period 4/1/03 9/30/03

 

      Net reduction of 3.10 positions

      Eliminating a 1.0 Maternal & Infant Health Team Leader position

-Grade 11, Group 12

-Salary Range:  $24,287 - $29,542

      Eliminating two (2) .80 Maternal & Infant Health Representatives

-Grade 11, Group 12

-Salary Range:  $24,287 - $29,542

      Eliminating .50 Family Representative Assistant position

-Grade12, Group 12

-Salary Range:  $25,073 - $30,535
