v     To expand the current mentoring efforts (under the Juvenile Diversion/Restoration Program) to an after school program by providing 25 at risk youth ages 7 12 with one-on-one mentoring.

 

v     Collaboration with Willow Run Community Schools

 

v     For a total program of $247,720

-Federal Revenue:                $220,000

-Match:                                     27,720  (Inkind)

v   To provide low-income health related services (WIC, Hearing & Vision, Health Education, Emergency Indigent Transport, & Washtenaw County Health Care) to the Washtenaw Health Plan Corporation

Washtenaw Health Plan Transfer of Funds

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

v   To transfer $1,400,036

v   To the State of Michigan

 

v   For the purpose of contributing to a Disproportionate Share Hospital pool to assure continued access to medical care for the indigent population in Washtenaw County
