v               To serve an additional 114 (total 207) by providing outreach and intake services, pre-inspection of the home, blower door/health and safety furnace testing, post-inspection of the home and consumer education on how to keep the home weatherized and energy saving.

Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) Community Access Program Budget Amendment

 

 

 

 

 

v               Amending the budget

v               To reflect changes in the grant spending structure and reflect the entire grant award.

v               Total grant $792,079 (SEMHA $351,082, Washtenaw County $440,997)

v               To provide enhanced health service delivery for the underinsured in Washtenaw County through improved access to and integration of primary, specialty, mental health and substance abuse services

v               Washtenaw County providing service delivery and Southeastern Michigan Health Association (SEMHA) to provide financial grant administration.

Salem Township Contract Wastewater System Expansion

v               Act 185 Project for the expansion of the wastewater collection system

v               For a total project of 1,300,000

v               Township has created a special assessment district for the area to be served and has worked closely with the property owners.

v               Approving the sale of bonds

v               For the project authorized October 3, 2001

Annual Law Enforcement Training Funds/PA 302 Funding

 

 

 

 

 

v               Authorizing the signature of the Chair of the Board on the application

v               To the Michigan State Police

v               For the period 1/1/02 12/31/02

v               For participation in the program and continue eligibility to provide individualized training to law enforcement officers.

v               Amount received is contingent upon the number of civil infraction tickets written statewide (approximately $30,000)
