v   To provide identification and removal of improper connections to improve the water quality in the Huron River and its urban tributaries and county drains.

 

v   Illicit Discharge Elimination Program (IDEP) in the Rouge River Basin is an element of the Voluntary Stormwater Permit

 

v   Partners include: Ann Arbor City, Environment & Infrastructure Services

 

v   For a total program of $249,989

-State Revenue: $187,256

-Match (inkind) $ 62,733

-Indirect Costs: $1,709
