v To provide 10,000 breakfasts, 40,000 lunches and 15,000 snacks at no cost to children from low-income families at 64 sites throughout the County

v                 To educate businesses and residents on how they can implement energy management plans, properly remove and dispose of lighting containing harmful materials and provide emergency efficient lights to residents
