v            For a recoverable grant to acquire and rehabilitate 1911/1913 Dexter Avenue, Ann Arbor for rental units for persons with disabilities who wish to move into a home independent of their families or a traditional group home setting.

v            For individuals less than 30% of the median income

v            Supportive services are provided by Community Mental Health

v            For a total project of $126,000

HOME Consortium Agreement

v            For the purpose of establishing a HOME Consortium in Washtenaw County to allow for housing activities such as reconstruction & rehabilitating housing; homeownership assistance; public facilities & infrastructure improvement; job training; and brownfield redevelopment

v            Partners include: City of Ypsilanti and the Township of Ypsilanti
