v            Authorizing the re-entry of former Washtenaw County Employees’ Retirement System (WCERS) from the Municipal Employees’ Retirement System of Michigan (MERS)

v            For the Sheriff’s Department Non-Union Employees Group 25

v            Amending Section 4 – “Membership in Retirement System”

v            Extending Section 4 (b) of the Washtenaw County Employees’ Retirement System Ordinance, as amended

Annual Juvenile Diversion/Restoration Program

v       Authorizing the signature of the Administrator on the application

v       To the Office of Drug Control Policy

v       For the period 10/1/01 – 9/30/02

v       To serve 150 juvenile offenders through the diversion program and an 100 at risk juveniles through the mentoring component of the program

v       For a total program amount of $208,753

-Federal Revenue: $104,377
