					v Authorizing the Chair of the Board to sign the Agreement Amendment vIn accordance to the Urban Cooperation Act vSenate Bill 1006 effective May 31, 2000 made possible for the Washtenaw Community Health Organization Board to serve as the Mental Health Board vAmending Section 3.11.1 Reserve Powers by removing “articles of incorporation” vDesignating the Washtenaw Community Health Organization Board as the Community Mental Health Board for Washtenaw County

		3.			Hiring an Associate Director of Community Mental Health at the Maximum Salary

					vAuthorizing the hiring of an Associate Director of Community Mental Health(Patrick Barrie) vAt the maximum salary of $76,184 vGrade 33, Group 32 vSalary Range:$51,468 - $76,184

					RECOMMENDATION:Approval at the Board meeting

		4.			Hiring a Mental Health Program Administrator above midpoint of the salary range

					vAuthorizing the hiring of a Mental Health Program Administrator (Marci Scalera) vAbove the midpoint of the salary range $68,000 vGrade 32, Group 32 vSalary Range:$46,366 – $68,633

		Full Faith & Credit – Paint Creek

		vPledging full faith & credit of the County vWithin Constitutional Limitations vFor the payment of bonds of the West Branch of Paint Creek Drain Drainage District (Townships of Augusta and Ypsilanti) vIn the amount not to exceed $1,700,000

		1.			Annual Nutrition Program for the Elderly, Congregate Meals Program & Home Delivered Meals Program

					vRatifying the signature of the Administrator on the application vTo the Area Agency on Aging 1-B vFor the period 10/1/00 – 9/30/01 vTo provide hot, nutritious, noonday meals and recreational programming for 570 seniors over the age of 60 at fourteen sites vTo serve 750 homebound seniors over the age of 60 home delivered meals vFor a total program amount of $755,457 -Federal Funds$622,528 -County Match (budgeted)$ 47,247 -Match – Inkind$ 12,282 -Revenues anticipated:$ 73,400 -Indirect Costs:0 vUpon receipt of the award -Authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award -Amending the budget -Authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts
