*With Ann Arbor Community Foundation
*For the period 1/1/00-12/31/01
*To support the collaborative Grant Initiative to offer grants to local housing providers to increase the permanent and transitional housing opportunities with the necessary supports to achieve positive results

*For a total program In the amount of $250,000

*Authorizing the Chair of the Board to sign the management agreements
*With the Ann Arbor Area Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc.
*With the Ypsilanti Area Conventions & Visitors Bureau, Inc.

*For the purpose of fostering tourism and securing conventions in Washtenaw County

*Reflects the same provisions as prior years, only lengthens the period of time of the contracts from 3 years to 5 years

*Authorizing the Chair of the Board to sign the sixth amendment to the Articles of Incorporation
*Of the Washtenaw County Building Authority
*Amending Section 1 to clarify the membership of the Building Authority by adding the and/or designee to the Administrator representation

*Amending Section 8 to establish orders of conduct for its officers allowing the secretary to act in the absence of the Chair or Vice Chair

Facilities Management

*Authorizing the Administrator to sign the lease
*With Harriet Commerce Center LP
*For a five year period

*To provide 15,000 square feet (sf) located at 300 Harriet Street, Ypsilanti for use by the Washtenaw County Workforce Development Board and its agents

*In the amount of $11.00/sf

RECOMMENDATION:Approval

Sheriff

*Authorizing the Administrator to sign the professional services contract Amendment
*With JF Moore & Associates LLC
*For the period 1/1/99 12/31/99

*To increase contract amount to continue services of conducting background investigations for the hiring process

*Total contract amount not to exceed $90,000 (absorbed in Sheriffs budget)

-Original contract amount:$60,000

-Amendment amount:$30,000
