	Ratifying the signature of the Administrator on the application To the Area Agency on Aging I-B For the period 10/1/99 - 9/30/00 To provide hot, nutritious, noonday meals and recreational programming for 570 seniors over the age of 60 at fourteen sites To provide home delivered meals for approximately 500 seniors over the age of 60 For a total program amount of $730,550 -Federal: $608,318 -Match: $ 47,247 (County budgeted) -Match Inkind: $ 10,585 -Revenues collected: $ 73,400 -Indirect Costs: 0 *Upon receipt of the award: -Authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award -Amending the budget -Authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate & lease contracts

POWER to provide opportunity for further vocational training to participants of Youthbuild by agreeing to repair the facility In the amount of $1.00/year
