  Community Health Access Consortium of Washtenaw & Livingston Counties Application
  *Ratifying the signature of the Administrator on the application
*To Robert Wood Johnson Foundation for the Communities in Charge National Program Office
*For the period 1/1/00 - 12/31/00

*To support and develop a collaborative plan between Washtenaw & Livingston Counties for financing and delivering health care for the uninsured.

*By creating a Community Health Access Consortium to bring together a broad range of Health and Human Service partners to improve access to health care through redesigning the delivery and financing of health care services to the low-income uninsured population

*In the amount of $148,500

*If awarded, to be brought back to the Board for approval, appropriation of funds, amending the budget and authorizing of delegate contracts

  Hiring a Judicial Coordinator Above the Mid-Point of the Salary Schedule
  *Authorizing the hiring of a Judicial Coordinator position effective May 28, 1999
*At a salary of $32,702
-Midpoint: $29,090
-Grade 25, Group 32
-Salary Range: $24,563 - $33,616

*No additional funding required
