	Pledging full faith & credit of the County For the payment of the bonds In an amount not to exceed $1,040,000 For the period of 10 years Of the Palmer Baldwin Drain Drainage District (Lima Township, Sylvan Township, Chelsea Village) Bonds will be retired through special assessments against Chelsea Village, Lima Township, Washtenaw County (for benefits to County roads), Conrail Railroad, Property owners in the district

	Adopting the regulation For Onsite Well and Sewage Disposal System Inspection at the Time of Property Transfer *To ensure the safety, public health and general welfare of the community whenever there is a property change of the use or transfer

		Community Health Access Consortium of Washtenaw & Livingston Counties Application

		Ratifying the signature of the Administrator on the application To Robert Wood Johnson Foundation for the Communities in Charge National Program Office For the period 1/1/00 - 12/31/00 To support and develop a collaborative plan between Washtenaw & Livingston Counties for financing and delivering health care for the uninsured. By creating a Community Health Access Consortium to bring together a broad range of Health and Human Service partners to improve access to health care through redesigning the delivery and financing of health care services to the low-income uninsured population In the amount of $148,500 *If awarded, to be brought back to the Board for approval, appropriation of funds, amending the budget and authorizing of delegate contracts

		RECOMMENDATION: Approval

		Hiring a Judicial Coordinator Above the Mid-Point of the Salary Schedule

		Authorizing the hiring of a Judicial Coordinator position effective May 28, 1999 At a salary of $32,702 -Midpoint: $29,090 -Grade 25, Group 32 -Salary Range: $24,563 - $33,616 *No additional funding required
