  *For realignment of the Adult Services Program to provide continuity of service delivery by contractual providers with the implementation of the new Community Health Organization and Managed Care which increases responsibility each clinician has for authorizations, utilization review and fiscal monitoring

*Existing 2 Supervisors oversee 30 staff with 600 cases each

*Enhances supervision by providing 5 Supervisors overseeing 12 staff with 240 cases each

*To compile essential environmental data and provide outreach/education by utilizing extensive internet links will be developed to pertinent sites, information and data on the World Wide Web *To interpret this information in a way that is easily understood by identified user groups *To provide an intensive public outreach and education campaign, regarding environmental information *To develop and implement methods to sustain an environmental information program for continued delivery to the community
