		Establishing litigation Search Fees for Court Services

		Adopting litigation search fees For the Court Services Division of the Clerk/Register of Deeds Office To recover costs for litigation searches performed by staff In the amount of $5.00 per individual or entity searched from 1979 to present *In the amount of $1.00 per year for years prior to 1979

		RECOMMENDATION: Approval

B.		Environment & Infrastructure Services

		Grading/Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control Ordinance Amendment

		Adopting amendments in conformity with State law changes To establish consistency with Part 91 of Michigan Public Act 451 amendments To ensure effective Program practices Changes include: -clarifies definitions -clarifies exemptions -revises when permits are needed on Earth moving activities -clarifies minor wording changes -additional language for requirement of permit for partnership agency/program -additional language to Earth Changes Requiring Grading Waivers

		RECOMMENDATION: Approval

		Interagency Agreement with Wayne County

		Authorizing the Administrator to sign the interagency agreement Between Washtenaw County and Wayne County For grant funding Wayne County is receiving for a Rouge River On-site Sewage Disposal Management Project and passing through to Washtenaw County Grant Project in the amount of $99,416 Washtenaw County inkind match of $49,796 Washtenaw County to receive pass through grant funding in the amount of $49,620 For the period of nine months Project focuses on Salem, Superior and Ypsilanti Townships (communities of the Rouge Watershed)

		RECOMMENDATION: Approval

C.		Finance

		Management of LAWNET Financial Account

		Authorizing Washtenaw County to maintain a separate bank account For the Livingston and Washtenaw Narcotics Enforcement Team (LAWNET) forfeiture monies Providing oversight to LAWNET expenditures in compliance with State Law Delegating the Administrator the authority to approve LAWNET expenditures *Amending the budget

		RECOMMENDATION: Approval at the Board meeting

D.		Human Resources

		Money Purchase Pension Plan Ordinance Amendment

		Authorizing the amendment to the Washtenaw County Money Purchase Pension Plan Ordinance Amending Article IV. Investment of Contributions, Section 4.01, 4.02 and 4.03 *To provide for increased participant investment discretion and greater flexibility in the administration of the Plan

		RECOMMENDATION: Approval

E.	Public Health

	Hiring An Epidemiologist Position Above Midpoint

	Hiring a Epidemiologist position above midpoint of the salary range: Effective May 1, 1999 *At a Grade 21, Group 11, Step 6 ($35,978) -Salary Range: $29,874 - $38,825 -Midpoint: $33,384
