	Ratifying the signature of the Administrator on the application To the Michigan Justice Training Commission For participation in the program and continue eligibility for 60% funds to provide individualized training to law enforcement officers' Amount received contingent upon number of civil infraction tickets written statewide For the period 1/1/99 - 12/31/99 Upon receipt of the award: -Authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award -Amending the budget -Authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts
