A.  WAYS AND MEANS – March 15, 2017


1.  A resolution making an administrative finding that Peninsula Fiber Network, LLC and or its affiliate PFN NextGen 911 Services LLC shall be the primary 9-1-1 service supplier, employing a common network that enables all other service suppliers within the 911 plans service district to be selectively routed and otherwise access the 9-1-1 system and the primary PSAP s identified in the plan


B.  BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS – March 15, 2017


1.  A resolution requesting that the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) require certain safety measures if granting the request of Nexus Gas Transmission, LLC’s for a waiver under 49CFR 192.625 odorization of gas regarding the proposed Nexus pipeline, PHMSA 2016-009


C.  BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS – March 29, 2017

1.  A resolution appointing six members to the 2017 Remonumentation and Land Survey Peer Review Group

2. A resolution affirming the 2017 Calendar of Deliverables document

3. A resolution directing GCSI to continue advocacy efforts as it pertains to the collection of court costs on State cases

4. A resolution supporting the display of the transgender pride flag in Washtenaw County on 'Transgender Day of Visibility', March 31, 2017
