A.  A hearing to receive public comment on the proposed indigent veterans relief millage of 1/27th of a mill to be levied in December, 2015


B. A hearing to receive public comment on placing a 0.5 mill levy for roads, streets, or paths on the November 3, 2015 ballot


C. A hearing to receive public comment on whether the County may renew the existing County Enhanced Emergency Communications System  millage and continue the levy of 0.20 mills for ten (10) years

IX. REPORT OF THE CHAIR OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS:


A. A resolution recognizing 12 Sister City Years between the City of Saline and the City of Lindenberg, Germany


B. A resolution recognizing the Washtenaw Library for the Blind and Physically Disabled at the Ann Arbor District Library for receiving the national award for Subregional Library of the Year from the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped 


C. A resolution to declare Washtenaw County’s support for the Campaign to Take on Hate

1. A resolution approving the Continuing Disclosure for the Capital Improvement Refunding Bonds, Series 2015


B.  WAYS AND MEANS – July 1, 2015


1. A resolution approving the amended Public Act 7 Agreement to establish the Southeast Michigan Consortium for a Regional Workforce Program. 


2. A resolution placing a 0.5 mill levy for roads, streets or paths on the November 3, 2015 ballot 


3. A resolution approving the recommended appointment of Patricia C. Cortes as the Community Mental Health Director for Washtenaw County, effective August 6, 2015. 


C. WAYS AND MEANS – August 5, 2015

1. A resolution authorizing mid-year budget adjustments to reflect the necessary changes that have occurred since the modification of the budget in April, 2015


2. A resolution approving the Michigan Municipal League (MML) to provide Executive Search services to assist Human Resources and the Board of Commissioners with the hiring of a new Washtenaw County Administrator 


D. BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS – August 5, 2015


1. A resolution establishing a Washtenaw County Community Mental Health Board and appointing members to that Board


E. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS

1. Resolution authorizing payment of claims with the last 
     previously adopted claim and continuing through the date of
