A.   WAYS AND MEANS – March 17, 2010:

1.    Resolution ratifying the electronic application submission to the Genesee County Health Department Racial and Ethnic approaches to Community Health (REACH) US Legacy Project in the amount of $27,390 for the period of April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011 for the Public Health Department

2.    Resolution ratifying the signature of the County Administrator on the electronic application submission to the US Soccer Foundation in the amount of $16,000 for the period of April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011 for Community Support and Treatment Services (CSTS)

3.    Resolution ratifying the signature of the Chair of the Board on the ETCS Calendar Year 2010 Michigan Works! System Plan (MWSP) with the Michigan Department of Energy, Labor and Economic Growth (DELEG) for the period of January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010

4.    Resolution ratifying the Chair of the Board’s signature on the ETCS Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Performance Incentive Grant from the Michigan Department of Energy, Labor, and Economic Growth (DELEG) in the amount of $43,131 for the period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010

B.   WAYS AND MEANS – April 7, 2010:

1.    Resolution ratifying the signature of the County Administrator on the application to the State of Michigan Department of Human Services for Juvenile Accountability Block Grant Program in the amount of $22,873 for the period April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011

2.    Resolution authorizing the Board of Commissioner’s signature on the application to the Department of Health and Human Services for the ARRA COLA of the Head Start Program for the period of August 1, 2010 through July 31, 2011 in the amount of $63,631; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award and amend the budget

C.   NEW BUSINESS:

1.    Resolution setting a public hearing on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 6:45 p.m. to solicit citizen input for the 2010/2011 Annual Action Plan to be submitted to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development

2.    Resolution setting a public hearing on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at 6:45 p.m. to solicit citizen input on the adoption of the proposed amendment to the Washtenaw County Brownfield Plan for the City of Saline Automotive Components Holdings, LLC Brownfield Redevelopment Plan

D.   APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:

  1. Resolution authorizing payment of claims commencing with the last previously approved claim and continuing through the date of March 26, 2010
