XV.  RESOLUTIONS:
 

A.   WAYS AND MEANS – DECEMBER 2, 2009

  1. Resolution requesting the authorization of the County Administrator to amend the Scio Township Police Services Contract by increasing the number of contract deputies from five to eight, beginning January 1, 2010 and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts
  2. Resolution ratifying the signature of the Administrator on the subcontractor agreement with the Michigan Community Action Agency Association for the Michigan Enrolls Program in the amount of $24,787 for the period of July 1, 2009 through April 30, 2011 for Employment Training and Community Services; authorizing the Administrator to amend the budget; and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts
  3. Resolution ratifying the electronic submission of the application to the United States Department of Energy for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program in the amount of $766,900 for the period of 2010 through 2012; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget; and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts
  4. Resolution pledging the Full Faith and Credit of the County of Washtenaw, within constitutional limitations, for the payment of the bond of the Allen Creek Drainage District which will involve the improvement of a storm drain within the City of Ann Arbor designated as the Allen Creek Stadium Boulevard Suffolk to Hutchins Storm Water Controls Drain Project
  5. Resolution pledging the Full Faith and Credit of the County of Washtenaw, within constitutional limitations, for the payment of the bond of the Allen Creek Drainage District which will involve the improvement of a storm drain within the City of Ann Arbor designated as the Allen Creek West Park Storm Water Controls Drain Project
  6. Resolution authorizing the application to the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Growth for the 2010 Remonumentation program in the amount of $100,664; appointing a County Grant Administrator and County Representative; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget; and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts
  7. Resolution approving the agreement with AFSCME Local 3052 – General Supervisors, AFSCME Local 3052 – Family Division, Juvenile Center Supervisors, Washtenaw County Trial Court and Washtenaw County for the two year period January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2011 regarding economic concessions
  8. Resolution approving the agreement with Sheriff Non Union – items to be printed in a supplemental packet

 

B.   WAYS AND MEANS – NOVEMBER 18, 2009

  1. Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on an application to the United States Environmental Protection Agency for a Brownfield’s Community-Wide Hazardous Substances and Petroluem Assessment Grant in the amount of $300,000 for the period of 2010 through 2011; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget; and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts
  2. Resolution authorizing the appropriation of $250,000 from funding reserved for Supportive Housing Services in the fiscal year 2009 budget and authorizing $175,000 of this appropriation to be allocated to an emergency response to the increasing incidence of homelessness in Washtenaw County
  3. Resolution approving agreements with the Ann Arbor Area Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Ypsilanti Area Convention and Visitors Bureau for the period of January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2014 (Ann Arbor) (Ypsilanti)
  4. Resolution approving and adopting the Biennial County Budget for 2010/2011

 

C.   NEW BUSINESS:

  1. Resolution adopting the 2010 Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners calendar  
  2. Resolution extending the time for the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners to approve the by-laws, articles of incorporation and strategies & policies of the Washtenaw County Land Bank Authority

 

D.   APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:

  1. Resolution authorizing payment of claims commencing with the last previously approved claim and continuing through the date of November 20, 2009
