XIV.  REPORT FROM THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR:

1.    Update on the 2009 Budget – Presentation

XV.  RESOLUTIONS:

A.   WAYS AND MEANS – NOVEMBER 18, 2009

1. Resolution approving and adopting the Biennial County Budget for 2010/2011

2. Resolution adopting the Washtenaw County 2009 Apportionment Report (Taxable Valuations) (Millage Levies)

B.   WAYS AND MEANS – NOVEMBER 4, 2009

1. Resolution ratifying the signature of the Chair of the Board of Commissioners on the Emergency Management Work Agreement; ratify the signature on the County Administrator on the Emergency Management performance grant local budget and on the State of Michigan Emergency Management performance grant agreement with the Michigan State Police Emergency Management and Homeland Security Division for the period October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010 in the amount of $73,845; and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

2. Resolution authorizing the County Administrator to sign the 2007 Homeland Security grant program agreement with the State of Michigan for the period of September 1, 2008 through May 31, 2011 in the amount of $719,364 to reimburse Washtenaw County for approved Homeland Security planning, training, and equipment expenses; and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

3. Resolution ratifying the signature of the County Administrator on the 2009/2010 Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) Weatherization Assistance and Client Education Program application to the Michigan Department of Human Services (DHS) in the amount of $222,773 for the period of November 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010 for ETCS; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; approving the budget; authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts  

C.   NEW BUSINESS:

1. Resolution to accept comments from the Washtenaw County Office of Strategic Planning on the Lima Township Master Plan Amendment and direct the County Clerk to send comments to Lima Township and the contiguous local units of government

2. Resolution adopting amendments and restating provisions of the Washtenaw County Employees Retirement System to incorporate accumulated changes, remove obsolete material, and to confirm to applicable provisions of state and federal law

D.   APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:

1. Resolution authorizing payment of claims commencing with the last previously approved claim and continuing through the date of November 6, 2009
