A. WAYS AND MEANS - SEPTEMBER 16, 2009

1. Resolution ratifying the signature of the Chair of the Board of Commissioners on the grant application to the State of Michigan, Office of Highway Safety Planning, for the continuation of the Sheriff's Department Secondary Road Patrol Program, in the amount of $248,148 for the period of October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010

2. Resolution ratifying the signature of the Chair of the Board of Commissioners on the ETCS Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Incentive Grant Application to the Michigan Department of Energy, Labor and Economic Growth in the amount of $46,229 for the period of January 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010; authorizing the County Administrator to sign Notice of Grant Awards; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

3. Resolution authorizing the Board of Commissioners to ratify the County Administrator's signature on the electronic submission of the grant application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the 2008-2009 Community Development Block Grant - Recovery Program (CDBG-R) grant in the amount of $308,567; authorizing the County Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; approve the budgets; and authorizing the County Administrator to sign delegate contracts
