pledging the Full Faith and Credit of the County of Washtenaw, within
constitutional limitations, for the payment of the bond of the Allen Creek
Drainage District
2. Resolution
to ratify the submission of a grant application to the U.S. Department of
Justice, Edward Byrne Memorial Competitive Grant Program, Category II
(Neighborhood Probation and Parole) in the amount of $352,979 for the period
of October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2011 to sustain the Washtenaw County
Trial Court Night Surveillance Program
3. Resolution
ratifying the electronic application submission to the Department of Health
and Human Services Administration for Children and Families under the
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, strengthening communities
fund state, local and tribal government capacity building program by the
Public Health Department in the amount of $271,884 for the period of October
1, 2009 through September 30, 2011 authorizing the Administrator to sign the
Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget; and authorizing the
Administrator to sign delegate contracts

to ratify the submission of a grant application to The Michigan Supreme
Court, State Court Administrative Office, Michigan Drug Court Grant Program
in the amount of $115,100 for the period of October 1, 2009 through
September 30, 2010 to sustain the Washtenaw County Juvenile Drug
Court

to ratify the submission of a grant application to the Michigan Department
of Community Health, Office of Drug Control Policy, Byrne Justice Assistance
Grant Program in the amount of $352,264 for the period of July 1, 2009
through September 30, 2012 to sustain the Washtenaw County Juvenile Drug
Court
6. Resolution
ratifying the electronic application submission to the Department of Health

Resolution setting a public hearing to receive comments on designating all of Washtenaw County as a "Recovery Zone" to make the County eligible to participate in Recovery Zone Economic Development Bonds and Recovery Zone Facility Bonds on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at 6:45 p.m. (Support Document #1) (Support Document #2)
