A. WAYS & MEANS April 15, 2009:

1. Resolution ratifying the electronic application submission to the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Justice and Mental Health Collaboration Program for Community Support and Treatment Services J-PORT: Off the Beaten Path in the amount of $286,968 for the period of October 1, 2009 through September 1, 2011; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget; creating a .50 FTE Mental Health Nurse Position contingent upon receipt of the grant award; and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

2. Resolution ratifying the electronic application submission to the Michigan State University Extension for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Nutrition Education Grant in the amount of $38,948 for the period of October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget; and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

B. NEW BUSINESS:

1. Resolution approving the undertaking to provide continuing disclosure by the County of Washtenaw for the Michigan Avenue East Central Area Drain Drainage District (the District) of its Michigan Avenue East Central Area Drain Drainage District Bonds, Series 2009 in the total principal amount of not to exceed $1,720,000 (Resolution)

2. Resolution to oppose SJR H

APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:

1. Resolution authorizing payment of claims commencing with the last previously approved claim and continuing through the date of April 24, 2009
