RESOLUTIONS:

A. WAYS AND MEANS – February 20, 2008

1. Resolution ratifying the signature of the Chair of the Board on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2008 Food Assistance Employment and Training Program Plan application to the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Growth (MDLEG) in the amount of $76,781 for the period of October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008 for ETCS

2. Resolution authorizing the County Administrator to implement the recommended budget amendments to bring the 2008 budget back into balance and to continue work with the organization to identify long-term structural solutions to be brought to the Ways and Means Committee no later than April 2, 2008

2. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:

Resolution authorizing payment of claims commencing with the last previously approved claim and continuing through the date of February 22, 2008
