A. WAYS AND MEANS – JANUARY 23, 2008

1. Resolution to amend the Washtenaw County final enhanced 911 service plan to allow for the establishment of a standardized local 911 surcharge

2. Resolution to adopt a standardized monthly 911 surcharge within Washtenaw County
.

3.Resolution ratifying the Chair of the Board’s signature on the 2008 Michigan Community Action Agency Association (MCAAA) Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) weatherization assistance and client education program application to the MCAAA in the amount of $51,815 for the period of November 21, 2007 through August 31, 2008
.

4.Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on the ETCS contract with the Michigan Community Action Agency Association for the 2008 Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) Energy Assistance Program (MPSC/MCAAA 2008 Energy assistance program) in the amount of $130,897 for the period of October 17, 2007 through July 31, 2008

5.Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on the ETCS Fiscal Year (FY) 2008 Community Services Block Grant Discretionary (CSBG-T) grant to the Michigan Department of Human Services (DHS) in the amount of $13,000 for the period of January 1, 2008 through June 30, 2008

6. Resolution ratifying the Chair of the Board’s signature on the 2007 No Worker Left Behind (NWLB) Workforce Investment Act (WIA) program plan application to the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Growth (MDLEG) for the period of July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008 in the amount of $51,415 for the ETCS Department

B. WAYS AND MEANS – FEBRUARY 6, 2008

1. Resolution ratifying the signature of the County Administrator on the grant agreement with the State of Michigan, Michigan Department of Corrections/Office of Community Corrections for the FY 2007 Washtenaw County/City of Ann Arbor Community Corrections comprehensive plan in the amount of $916,755 for the period October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008
.

3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:

Resolution authorizing payment of claims commencing with the last previously approved claim and continuing through the date of January 25, 2008.
