A. WAYS AND MEANS – JANUARY 23, 2008

1. Resolution ratifying the Chair of the Board’s signature on the application to the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Grown (MDLEG) for the ETCS fiscal year (FY) 2008 JET Plain in the amount of $1,631,619, for the period of October 1, 2007 to September 30, 2008

2. Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign a grant agreement with the Knight Foundation for a environmental video production project in the amount of $26,637.93 for the period of June 6, 2008 through June 6, 2009

3.Resolution ratifying the signature of the Washtenaw County Administrator on the application to the State of Michigan Historic Preservation grant for funding for the Washtenaw County Historic Preservation Workshop series in the amount of $4,500.00 for a total program amount of $4,500.00

.

4.Resolution accepting an offer for excess insurance coverage for worker’s disability compensation for the 2008-2009 period

5. Resolution to pledge Washtenaw County’s full faith and credit as a guarantee for a $600,000 CMI loan for the City of Saline’s “Banks of Saline” Brownfield Redevelopment project

2. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:

Resolution authorizing payment of claims commencing with the last previously approved claim and continuing through the date of January 11, 2008.
