RESOLUTIONS:

A. WAYS & MEANS – SEPTEMBER 5, 2007:

1. Resolution revising the Washtenaw County purchase of development rights (PDR) ordinance section 2 (6) pertaining to definitions, section 4 (1) pertaining to the composition of the agricultural lands preservation advisory committee, and section 5 pertaining to criteria for deciding whether to purchase the development rights from farmland and other eligible land.

2. Resolution to approve the issuance of the Washtenaw County – Northfield Township Sanitary Sewer System and Wastewater Treatment Improvement Refunding Bonds, Series 2007 in the total principal amount of not to exceed $6,000,000 (the “Refunding Bonds”)

3. Resolution adopting a fee for passport quality photographs in the office of the County Clerk/Register - Elections/Administration Division

B. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:

1. Resolution authorizing payment of claims commencing with the last previously approved claim and continuing through the date of August 24, 2007

C. NEW BUSINESS:

1. Resolution expanding the Washtenaw County Road Commission from three to five members (tabled from July 18th)

2. Resolution in support of Healthcare Legislation H.R. 15 and H.R. 2034 proposed by Congressman Dingell

3. Resolution to create and appoint members to two committees to discuss, study, and make recommendations to the Board of Commissioners about various arrangements for dispatching police, fire, and emergency medical services in Washtenaw County – Regional Dispatch Task Force
