RESOLUTIONS:

A. WAYS & MEANS – JUNE 20, 2007:

1. Resolution authorizing the sale of County owned properties located at 10865 N Territorial, Dexter and 3600 Cherrywood Lane, Ann Arbor to the Washtenaw Community Health Organization (WCHO) for a sale price of each property of $1; authorizing the County Administrator with oversight by the County’s Corporation Counsel to take all necessary action to implement such sales

B. WAYS & MEANS – JULY 18, 2007:

2. Resolution adopting fees for the implementation of the regulation for Privately Owned Community Sewage Systems

3. Resolution ratifying the submission of the electronic grant application to the Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of Justice Programs of the United States Department of Justice for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant for the Sheriff’s Office in the amount of $39,082 for the period of August 1, 2007 through July 31, 2010

4. Resolution authorizing the payment of one million dollars ($1,000,000) from the County’s capital reserves to the Humane Society of Huron Valley’s construction fund, contingent upon the Board of Commissioners’ approval of a $6.5 million dollar bond issue

5. Resolution approving the issuance of $6.5 million of capital improvement bonds for construction of a new animal shelter to be operated by the Humane Society of Huron Valley; notice of intent to issue such bonds

C. WAYS & MEANS – AUGUST 1, 2007:

Resolution ratifying the electronic application submission to the Michigan Department of Community Health for the Michigan Developmental Disabilities Council’s continuation grant proposal for the Healthcare Coordination Project in the amount of $84,924 for the period from October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008

D. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:

7. Resolution authorizing payment of claims commencing with the last previously approved claim and continuing through the date of July 20, 2007

E. NEW BUSINESS:

8. Resolution adopting an ordinance designating the Delhi Bridge as a Washtenaw County Historic District under the jurisdiction of the Washtenaw County Historic District Commission (see supplemental documents: Historic District Study Report; Ordinance)
