RESOLUTIONS:

A. BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS – MAY 2, 2007:

1. Motion tabled at May 2, 2007 meeting to “expand the facilitation and mediation to include all claims raised by all parties in the pleadings and present a proposed order to the Township attorneys for approval or rejection”

B. WAYS & MEANS – MAY 16, 2007:

2. Resolution ratifying the electronic application submission to Michigan State University Extension for the federal Food Stamp Nutrition Education grant in the amount of $47,468 for the period of October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008

3. Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign the contract with Washtenaw Intermediate School District for educational services for the Children’s Services Detention and Day Programs for a total amount of $610,818 for the 2007-08 school year and a second year contract for the 2008-09 school year

4. Resolution approving the request for proposal (RFP) guidelines and timeframe for Washtenaw County Human Services & Children’s Well-Being funding

5. Resolution authorizing the Administrator, upon review of Corporation Counsel to execute a contract with a consultant chosen through a formal bidding process to perform an investment grade wind study, including purchasing meteorological towers for the amount of $86,000 which will come from unearmarked reserve funds to the Department of Planning and Environment’s budget

6. Resolution adopting the regulation for privately owned community sewage systems

Resolution adopting the revised 2007 Board of Commissioners’ calendar to reflect the cancellation of all remaining 2007 Board of Commissioners’ Agenda Meetings and calling a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners for purposes of conducting an Executive Session on labor negotiations on June 13, 2007
