RESOLUTIONS:

A. WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE – April 18, 2007:

1. Resolution authorizing the County Administrator to sign the Washtenaw Urban County’s Annual Action Plan for July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008 for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; authorizing the County Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; approve the budgets in the total amount of $2,009,318; and authorizing the County Administrator to sign delegate contracts

B. WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE – May 2, 2007:

2. Resolution amending the Community Support and Treatment Services (CSTS) department budget for implementation of integrated health services, for fiscal year 2006-2007; creating positions to expand services; adopting new job descriptions; and authorizing the Administrator to approve amendments to the CSTS-WCHO contract for fiscal Year 2006-07

C. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:

3. Resolution authorizing payment of claims commencing with the last previously approved claim and continuing through the date of April 20, 2007

D. NEW BUSINESS:

4. Resolution to accept comments from Washtenaw County Department of Planning and Environment staff on the Augusta Charter Township master plan revisions and direct the County Clerk to send comments to Augusta Charter Township and the contiguous local units of government

5. Resolution to accept comments from the Planning Advisory Board on the State Long Range Transportation Plan and to direct the County Clerk to send comments to the Michigan Department of Transportation (addendum: Washtenaw Area Transportation Study Comments)

6. Resolution to accept comments from Washtenaw County Department of Planning and Environment staff on the City of Chelsea master plan update and direct the County Clerk to send comments to the City of Chelsea and the contiguous local units of government

7. Resolution to set a public hearing on June 20, 2007 to receive comment on the adoption of the proposed amendment to the Washtenaw County Brownfield Plan for the Village of Dexter “Baker Road” Brownfield Redevelopment Plan for a single business tax credit
