1. Resolution appointing a member to the Washtenaw County/City of Ann Arbor Community Corrections Advisory Board for a three year term expiring December 31, 2007

C. WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE – April 4, 2007:

2. Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on the Plan Agreement for Fiscal Year (FY) 2007 Weatherization Assistance Program Local Service Plan to the United States Department Of Energy/Michigan Department of Human Services in the amount of $270,962 for the program period April 1, 2007 through March 31, 2008 for Employment Training and Community Services; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; approving the budget; authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

Resolution ratifying the Administrator’s signature on the application to the United States Environmental Protection Agency for a School Chemical Cleanout Campaign program for the period of August 1, 2007 through July 31, 2008; authorizing the County Administrator to sign notice of grant awards; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts
