RESOLUTIONS:

A. WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE – March 21, 2007:

1. Resolution ratifying the electronic submission of the Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) application in the amount of $13,136, to the Michigan Department of Education for the period of October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007 for ETCS; authorizing the County Administrator to sign notice of grant awards; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

2. Resolution ratifying the electronic application submission to Pfizer Global Research and Development Foundation for a grant for a Teen Festival of the Arts sponsored by the Washtenaw Area Teens For Tomorrow in the amount of $20,000 for the period of June 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007; authorizing the County Administrator to sign notice of grant awards; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

B. WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE – April 4, 2007:

3. Resolution authorizing the Chair of the Board of Commissioners to sign the application to the Department of Health and Human Services for the Head Start program for the period of August 1, 2007 through July 31, 2008 in the amount of $4,981,821; authorizing the County Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; approving the Head Start budget; and authorizing the County Administrator to sign delegate contracts

4. Resolution authorizing the creation of one Property Tax Foreclosure Prevention Specialist I/II position within the restricted fund under the general Property Tax Act as amended by P.A. 123 of 1999 to be funded entirely by revenues generated by the foreclosure process

5. Resolution approving creation of the Washtenaw County – Multi Lakes Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Phase III Project for the purpose of improving the sewer system serving the residents of the Townships of Lyndon, Dexter, and Putnam and the Multi Lakes Sewer and Water Authority

6. Resolution to authorize the issuance of not to exceed $6,000,000 Washtenaw County - Northfield Township sanitary sewer system and wastewater treatment improvement refunding bonds, series 2007

C. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:

7. Resolution authorizing payment of claims commencing with the last previously approved claim and continuing through the date of March 23, 2007

8. Resolution setting a public hearing at a regular Board of Commissioners meeting on May 16, 2007 at 6:45 p.m. in the Board Room, Administration Building, 220 N. Main Street in Ann Arbor, Michigan for consideration of expanding the Road Commission from three to five members

9. Resolution setting a public hearing at a regular Board of Commissioners meeting on May 2, 2007 at 6:45 p.m. in the Board Room, Administration Building, 220 N. Main Street in Ann Arbor, Michigan for consideration of proposed regulation for Privately Owned Community Sewage Systems
