A. APPOINTMENTS:

  1. Resolution appointing a communications media representative to the Washtenaw County/City of Ann Arbor Community Corrections Advisory Board for the remainder of a three year term expiring December 31, 2005

  1. Resolution appointing a Historic District Study Committee as recommended by the Washtenaw County Historic District Commission for the purpose of evaluating the Othneil Gooding House for Historic District Designation

B. WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE April 6, 2005:

  1. Resolution ratifying the County Administrators signature on the Plan Agreement for Fiscal Year (FY) 2005 Weatherization Assistance Program Local Service Plan to the Department of Energy/Michigan Department of Human Services in the amount of $344,425 for the Program period April 1, 2005 through March 31, 2006 for the Employment Training and Community Services; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant award; approving the budget; authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

  2. Resolution ratifying the County Administrators signature on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2005 Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Application in the amount of $129,000 to the Michigan Department of Human Services for the period of April 1, 2005 through March 31, 2006; authorizing the County Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

Resolution ratifying the County Administrators signature on the Employment Training and Community Services (ETCS) Groups Michigan Department of Human Services Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program: Deliverable Fuel Agreement in the amount of $20,171 for the period of January 7, 2005 through September 30, 2005; authorizing the Administrator to sign the agreement; approving the budget; authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

Resolution ratifying the County Administrators signature on the Fiscal Year 2005 Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Program to the Michigan Department of Human Services in the amount of $70,920, for the period of October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 for the Employment Training and Community Services Group; approving the budget; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts
