- Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on the Plan Agreement for Fiscal Year (FY) 2005 Weatherization Assistance Program Local Service Plan to the Department of Energy/Michigan Department of Human Services in the amount of $344,425 for the Program period April 1, 2005 through March 31, 2006 for the Employment Training and Community Services; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant award; approving the budget; authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts
- Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2005 Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Application in the amount of $129,000 to the Michigan Department of Human Services for the period of April 1, 2005 through March 31, 2006; authorizing the County Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts
- Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on the Employment Training and Community Services (ETCS) Group’s Michigan Department of Human Services Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program: Deliverable Fuel Agreement in the amount of $20,171 for the period of January 7, 2005 through September 30, 2005; authorizing the Administrator to sign the agreement; approving the budget; authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts
- Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on the Fiscal Year 2005 Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Program to the Michigan Department of Human Services in the amount of $70,920, for the period of October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 for the Employment Training and Community Services Group; approving the budget; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts
- Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on the Michigan Department of Human Services Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) – Earned Income Tax Credit Agreement in the amount of $16,500 for the period of January 1, 2005 through June 30, 2005 for the Employment Training and Community Services Group; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Agreement; approving the budget; authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts
