A. WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE October 6, 2004:

1. Resolution adopting an Ordinance designating Merriman Farm as a Washtenaw County Historic District under the jurisdiction of the Washtenaw County Historic District Commission

2. Resolution ratifying the signature of the Chair of the Board on the grant application to the State of Michigan, Office of Highway Safety Planning, for the continuation of the Sheriffs Department Secondary Road Patrol Program, in the amount of $304,629 for the period of October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005

3. Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign the application to the Michigan Family Independence Agency for the participation in the Countywide Coalition for the Juvenile Accountability Block Program in the amount of $96,608 for the period April 1, 2005 through March 31, 2006; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

4. Resolution approving final maturities for the Lyndon Township & Sylvan Township Sanitary Sewer Expansion Project Bonds, Series 2004

5. Resolution to amend the compensation scheme for the County Treasurer

Resolution ratifying the signature of the Washtenaw County Administrator on a contract between the State of Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and Washtenaw County Department of Environmental Health Regulation for the period October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 in the amount of $527,306
