1. Resolution adopting the 9-1-1 Final Plan

B. WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE September 22, 2004:

2. Resolution ratifying the County Administrators signature on the application to the Michigan Family Independence Agency (FIA), for the 2005 Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) in the amount of $875,218 for the period October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 for the Employment Training and Community Services Group; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant award; approving the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

3. Resolution ratifying the Chair of the Boards signature on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2004 Displaced Homemaker Program (DHP) Plan application to the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Growth (MDLEG), in the amount of $36,173.00, for the period of July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005 for the Employment Training and Community Services Group (ETCS); authorizing the County Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget; and authorizing the County Administrator to sign delegate contracts

Resolution ratifying the County Administrators signature on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2004 Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) application in the amount of $182,750 to the Michigan Family Independence Agency (FIA) for the period of September 1, 2004 through August 31, 2005; authorizing the County Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

5. Resolution setting the 2004 Washtenaw County Millage Rate at 5.5493
